[Comments from Former Students] [Company History]
Our Philosophy
- Our Purpose is to help students understand the potential hazards of radiation -- to the patients -- and to themselves.
- Our Approach is to relate textbook material to the x-ray room and the resultant radiograph.
- Our Ultimate Goal is to provide the student with the right combination of information that results in diagnostic radiographs with the least amount of exposure to the patient, to himself and all personnel.
- Our belief is that our dedication to this philosophy produces the best prepared candidates for the state-required ARRT Examination in Limited Scope Radiogrraphy.

Our Instructors
All persons involved in this course are ARRT Registered Technologists, having studied under either two- or four-year educational/clinical programs, or are qualified in their area of expertise.
Special Manual, Learning Aids
To answer the need for a well-organized, comprehensive study & review guide for the Limited Certification Program in Tennessee, we developed our own manual, published by Radiology Education Publications, Inc. Each student receives a copy to keep. Some other learning aids used in class include a full human skeleton, overheads, slides, and radiographs. We are now constructing computer/video presentations, some 3-D, and some interactive.
Student Participation
As new concepts are presented, students are given lab experiments to conduct in their clinic, using phantom material. Resultant films, along with other actual radiographs they have taken, are evaluated in class and specific problems discussed.
